What about parking space fraud: will someone occupy spaces with tires or cones and then sell these parking lots to other drivers?
This is the most frequently asked question. Undoubtedly, fraud schemes can be invented in any business, but Sharespot is about mutual aid and respect of drivers for each other.

How can I save a parking space if I`m delayed, change my mind or, for example, if the driver who is waiting for me for the exchange has to leave urgently?
We have provided the possibility of communication between drivers. Also, each of the participants of the exchange sets time limits, how long he is ready to wait or in what time to get there.
Personal communication can solve any questions, and the exchange is possible only with the presence of both drivers: when one driver leaves and the other takes his place.
How will other drivers (non-Sharespot users) know a parking space is occupied?
To use ShareSpot, a driver needs to register in the app. After all, only our users can switch their places.
The first rule of the Sharespot community is to mention Sharespot. The second rule is to talk about Sharespot more often and everywhere. The more drivers know about the app, the easier it will be to park in the city.

How does the app work now: do I have to pay for the service to reserve a parking lot?
Right now, sharing parking spaces in the ShareSpot app is free of charge. Drivers have to pay only the parking tariff for parking in municipal parking lots. For example, in Kyiv, this can be done via the Kyiv digital app.
In the nearest future, it will be necessary to pay for sharing in the app as well.
